The Dominica Cycling Association hosted a Safety Awareness Fun Ride on November 11, 2023, to encourage safe cycling on the island. The event focused on teaching cyclists and drivers about road safety. Cycling enthusiasts of various ages and skill levels met at Roseau Bayfront for fun and learning.
They rode from Roseau to Bathestate, Champagne, and back to Roseau. Along the route, members from the Dominica Cycling Association helped answer questions and gave out pamphlets that reminded motorists to be aware of cyclists.
